Every year, each recreational team (10U and up) chooses a player to receive the North Shore 4-ship Award. The recipient is the player on the team that best exemplifies the four virtues of:

Leadership

Friendship

Sportsmanship

Citizenship

4-Ship is about being a good teammate, a good friend, and a positive representative of the North Shore community. The award is given to only one player from each recreational team in the 10U, 12U, and 14U Divisions.
