Girls Softball League | North Shore Girls Softball

Get ready to kick off the All-Star season in paradise! Since 2014, the North Shore Girls Softball league has proudly hosted the Coastal Classic—an event that has exploded into one of Southern California's largest and most anticipated tournaments.

Bringing the heat with over 100 teams from 19 different leagues, the competition is fierce, fun, and unforgettable. Held every Mother's Day weekend in the gorgeous Del Mar and Carmel Valley neighborhoods of North San Diego, it's the ultimate way to celebrate Mom while competing in top-tier softball.

Just minutes from the breathtaking California coastline, the Coastal Classic isn't just a tournament—it's an incredible weekend of sun, surf, and spectacular All-Star action in sunny San Diego!

Coastal Classic will run May 8-10 2026, at multiple sites across Del Mar and Carmel Valley in North San Diego, 92130. The tournament is a USA Softball sanctioned tournament and is open to B-Classified and C-Classified 8U, 10U, 12U and 14U (open) teams. Each team will compete in 2 pool play games followed by single elimination bracket, guaranteeing 3 games.

Registration: $795 per team (sells out fast!)

Each pool play game will offer player of the game medals for offense & defense. Championship and Finalist rings will be awarded. Every player will receive a Coastal Classic commemorative tournament pin.

Each location will have snacks and beverages. Full snack shack amenities available at select sites along with vendors. Discounts for food throughout the community are also offered.
